2. Click LOGIN IN the top right

3. Click "FOR PATIENTS LOGlN"

4. Click "CREATE ACCOUNT"

5. Create your account.

Your test results when they are done will show up in your account. DO NOT CALL THE CLINIC FOR RESULTS UNTIL 10 DAYS HAVE PASSED, AND YOU HAVE CREATED THIS QUEST ACCOUNT.
